We have purchased two sofas from Boconcept Cardiff. Rula spent time with us looking at the house plan and helping ensure the pieces we chose fit the space and with fabric choices. On a return visit Lily was very helpful in assisting with picking cushions to complement the space. We couldn’t be happier with the new sofas and would highly recommend Boconcept Cardiff. Several other pieces and accessories were spotted whilst browsing and we will be returning!

I’ve always loved scandi design and this comes in buckets at BoConcept. We recently purchased a beautiful sofa and when it eventually arrived it didn’t disappoint. Nikole, from Cardiff shop, kept us in the loop every step of the way. Delivery was swift and sofa was excellently protected on arrival and all packaging was taken away. Sofa is super comfortable, very stylish and wonderfully upholstered. I can’t believe it’s ours! Thank you BoConcept ❤️

Wonderful customer service which started with an excellent design for my new lounge extention and provided by the beautiful Teodora Savcheva. Good quality furniture which arrived on time and positioned in our new lounge by a helpful team directed by Teodora. I can’t fault the service and I am delighted with my new furniture, and including the layout suggested. Highly recommend.

Fantastic shop! Was great to be able to customise the furniture in both size and fabric (far more options that what is available on the website). Special thanks to Ellyw who helped us pick the colours and finish, along with keeping us informed along the journey to delivery. Delivery and Installation was prompt, and brilliant that the build is all done for you!

What a shop, the staff are incredibly friendly! The ladies I spoke with in the shop where happy to guide me through all the options available, they were happy showing my all the fabric choices available for my Imola chair. While they were finalising the details I had a wander around the shop and saw several other pieces that are now on my list of things I'd like. Obviously this isn't something you walk out of the store with as they're hand made so it does take a little time which is fair enough. The two gentlemen who delivered the chair again we're very friendly, talked me through what they would do with setting it up, made sure the space was ready for the chair, gave care instructions etc. Such a fantastic service from start to finish, I wouldn't hesitate to get more from them. BoConcept you've got a great team in Cardiff 👍
