Amazing! They created a curated day for three of us with steam barrels, red light therapy, contrast therapy, salt room, and massage. Daria was such a delight to work with and Hannah gave me an amazing massage.

Let me begin with Ms. Daria the owner is AMAZING!! I felt so welcome as soon as I came in the door her spirit was so warm and welcoming, she showed me around and offered me hot tea. Next was my massage therapist Ms. Kate whom I'm sure gave me THE BEST massage I EVER had! She hit every pressure point, she gave me the perfect amount of pressure, listen she had me drooling!! I highly recommend this lovely wellness center and will definitely be back once a month! They have everything from steam barrells, red light therapy with salt contrast, cold plunging and yoga classes! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
