Checked out the Slow Flow class while visiting from out of town. Megan’s calm, soothing voice + mellow playlist was the perfect pairing to the serene environment. Highly recommend joining Megan for a class or two if you are in the area. Loved all the plants too.

Exhale yoga has been my favorite yoga studio. The staff is so welcoming, kind, and encouraging. Gentle yoga with Shay on Friday, is my end of the week treat! Can’t recommend this studio enough!

This is am amazing studio! I have praticed yoga for many years (have my 200 hour certification) but when I moved back to Louisville I could not find a studio that felt like home. Then after birth of my second child I stopped due to bad RA flare then even more weight gained due to treatment and I felt nervous to venture back into a studio. The minute I walked into Exhale's studio I felt at home. I have done a number of different classes and there is no judgment only encouragement. Not only from teachers but fellow students too. Each teacher I have taken has been amazing, I don't feel they are trying to show off latest fanciest moves but a traditional strong yoga.

I took my family of 5 to Exhale Yoga in Jtown this morning; my three teenage boys, my husband, and myself. I wanted to introduce them to the practice of yoga and it’s lifelong benefits. I was very anxious for them to have a great first experience in studio and that’s exactly what they received. Jessica welcomed us in with open arms and a smiling face. She was able to give additional explanations, benefits, and modifications without disrupting the other guests. The boys had only positive things to say when we left. I am thrilled with our time at Exhale Yoga. Thank you, Jessica.

This studio immediately felt like home. It has a warm, welcoming feel and each instructor (I've been to many) is unique in his/her practice, but motivational and thorough in the instructing. Even when circumstances called for virtual classes, I was able to take a class and experience the relaxation that I needed. I highly recommend this studio!
