Ford is a treasure and a rare find. After moving back to Louisiana in 2016, I spent years looking for a trainer who strikes the perfect balance of pushing me to my limits while watching my form like a hawk. Since working with Ford, I feel stronger and more capable across the board — lifting, pressing, pulling, and moving with better form and confidence than I ever have. Encouragement from him is an immediate boost in confidence to keep improving — he has an uncanny ability to say exactly the right thing when you're not quite sure if you can go even heavier on that trap bar deadlift. His attention to detail in personalized training is obvious from the moment you walk in — every session is intentional and built with growth in mind. That same care extends to his gym which is hands down the cleanest, best-equipped space I've ever trained in. And finally, an unexpected benefit: my water intake has increased — not just because the workouts demand it, but because I’ve learned to come prepared for that dry wit! It’s as sharp as his training.
