I highly recommend this gym. Small locally owned spot with all the equipment you might need. No grunting juice pumpers, no rage filled machine hoggers. Owner is super kind and accommodating. Personal training sessions are also available.

I have a lot of gripes with this gym. Was looking for a personal trainer and was referred to people with no prior experience that work at the gym. A certification is nice, but if you have zero experience I don't understand how I could expect to get results with people who don't know what theyre doing and pay a premium for it. Frankly it's a money grab ($60/hr for trainers with no experience), not a gym that has legitimiate offerings. Also 70% of their equipment is from the 80s. Not a high quality, modern gym. Sorry, foam blocks and fitness bands don't count as modern. Don't waste the money on a membership here unless running and free weights is all youre looking to utilize.

I did a few day passes while here for vacation - easy process, nice gym, friendly crowd. Bring your own hand towel!

I enjoy this gym a lot. The atmosphere and staff are always nice. It has all the equipment you need to get a good workout in and the space is conveniently located near so many things that you can also run errands.

I bought a three day pass while in town. Worth it. Everything you need for a workout.

I was visiting from out of town and they made it very easy to get a week long visitor pass. Cooper at the front desk was very helpful and I'll be using them again in the future when I visit the city.
