Best gym I’ve EVER been to. I have really progressed over the short time I have been going to body pro. Good music (which other gyms dont have) and really nice staff and management. Even the supplement store shocked me because I have never seen a gym with that much quality! They have LOTS of machines that are very good for building whatever muscle! I highly recommend this gym more than these famous commercial gyms, body pro helped me a lot!

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Body Pro Gym. They force you into a minimum one-year contract, which I fully respected. I paid everything on time without missing a single payment. In January 2025, I was traveling out of the country, so I went to the gym in person to cancel my membership. I followed their process, signed all required documents, and even received a confirmation paper. At that point, I assumed everything was properly cancelled. After returning to Canada 2 months later, I found out that my membership was never cancelled and they kept charging me. I called multiple times, and every single time I was told: “Manager is only available till 5 PM. You need to come to the gym.” I work a 9–5 job, so it was practically impossible. Despite calling 10+ times throughout 2025, nothing was resolved. Meanwhile, they continued taking about $60/month from my account, for a service I had already cancelled. Finally, in December 2025, I had no choice but to call my bank and stop the pre-authorized payments. Now, instead of fixing their mistake, they sent my account to collections. When I received a call today, the representative didn’t even try to understand the situation. She immediately gave me three options: Pay the full amount Pay 50% and cancel Get reported to the credit bureau When I tried to explain that I had already cancelled properly, her response was: “I don’t want to hear your story. I hear this every day.” Absolutely unprofessional, unethical, and frustrating experience. If you’re considering joining — be very careful. Even if you follow all their rules and properly cancel, you may still end up getting charged and dealing with collections.

I’d say this gym is about a 3.5 stars (rounding up to 4 because it can be really good). The biggest thing is the trainers — if you get the right one, it makes all the difference. I finally have a trainer I really like now and it’s been a great experience. I feel supported, motivated, and actually enjoy coming in. Getting started wasn’t the smoothest for me, and there were a few moments early on where communication and follow-up could have been better. But once everything got sorted and I was matched with the right trainer, it really turned around. Overall, it’s a good gym with great potential — just some room to improve on the onboarding side.

I had never been a gym person—honestly, I avoided it at all costs. Working out was always at the bottom of my to-do list, and I could come up with just about any excuse not to go. Eventually, I decided to take the leap, and through word of mouth, I found myself at Body Pro. From the start, Beth, the manager, stood out. She’s incredibly charismatic but also has this ability to assess exactly what you need to do to reach your goals. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. I was paired with personal trainer Chris Bleue, and that’s where things really changed for me. I went from knowing absolutely nothing—seriously, even how to sit properly on a machine felt intimidating—to training consistently three times a week. Chris pushes me to my limits in the best way, while still making the process approachable and manageable. On top of that, I’ve added in treadmill days between sessions, which has helped build consistency. There’s no magic trick to losing weight or building muscle—but having the right team behind you makes all the difference. Since starting here, I’ve gained muscle, lost weight, and I’m well on my way to reaching (and likely surpassing) my goals. What I appreciate most about Body Pro is the environment. It’s a place where someone like me—an average person just starting out—can train alongside people preparing for competitions, and still feel completely comfortable. The focus here is simple: results, hard work, and support. The staff are knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely invested in your progress. At this point, it doesn’t even feel like just a gym—it feels like a community I didn’t know I needed.
