This was my very first Pilates experience, and it couldn’t have been better. The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and the studio itself has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Such a positive experience I can’t wait to come back!

I love this place!! Went to my first class yesterday with my sister using ClassPass and it was such a great workout. I’m 6 months postpartum and looking for a good way to get back in shape that’s not too hard on my body, and this is perfect. My sister got a membership and I went with her on the next day (members get 1 free guest pass) for Buns & Guns and that was great as well!! Mary Rebecca and Monica are wonderful instructors. I’ll be getting a membership as well

I was excited to try a more local Pilates studio and was very disappointed that when I walked in that I was not going to be let into to the class because I wasn’t 15 minutes early. I’m not new to the reformer Pilates game at all, And then I was proceeded to Be told that I need grippy socks to do the workout and then I could purchase them for $20…. I am not someone that likes to do Pilates with socks on and feel like this is a little bit ridiculous. If you’re going to require grippy socks For every class, please provide them complementary for someone’s first class at the studio. I had to turn around and go home And I can’t get my class pass credits refund refunded.

As a person who came into this studio with just a goal to get into shape, this studio has warmed its way into my heart. The instructors are so amazing (Kendall, Rachel, Choice, Delaney, and Jaya *my favorites*) they want you to be your best self and feel your best self! I absolutely love this studio and the BODYROK program. Note: Max is the best, made my first day coming into Pilates so welcoming!

When I tell you this place is my second home, I mean it. I have so much joy attending a class, especially with the welcoming staff in the front and the instructors! So far the instructors I have had are Choice, Isa, and Delaney (they are fantastic!). I recommend trying Pilates at BodyRok, you will not be disappointed!
