UPDATE** Spoke with Nicole and she is great! This has been managed and gave a full 5 stars. She was super helpful and I definitely intend to return back as a shopper as things were handled and explained more clearly. Keep up the good work 👍🏻 I absolutely love the clothing here and service usually great. One of the few boutiques that has modern good quality clothing that fits my style. Only reason that it is not 5 stars is because they wouldn’t accept a return that was unworn because it was a week out of the return policy but still had tags on. It was a gift and was the wrong size. Someone via email said they would accept my return and when I got there they wouldn’t even though I have spent quite a bit of money there. That was quite disappointing considering I had bought the right size already and I had two of the same skirt. Other than that, I do like this shop
I absolutely love Boem!! The quality and service is unmatched. Recently I had an issue with my online order and LaShawn hand delivered it to my doorstep, which was not necessary but she insisted!! It really made my day and so appreciative of how quickly she took care of everything!!

I felt compelled to leave a review after my amazing experience in the Blakeney store today. I was in a major rush, looking for something very specific, and had my almost 2 year old with me in the store. One of the employees literally took my child so that I could try on my clothes in peace. She was so incredibly kind and I just wanted to say thank you for that ❤️ the store is adorable with the cutest clothes! I will definitely be back
I had a great experience at this store today. Megan and the staff were very nice and helpful. The store was very busy as it’s the weekend before Christmas and I was immediately asked if I wanted a dressing room, I shopped a bit more and when I was ready the girl who worked there remembered my name for my dressing room that I had given her earlier. When I was checking out, Megan made sure to speak about my purchase and was very friendly. This is the kind of customer service that is noticed especially when a store is so busy before Christmas.
