I have taken my golden retriever, Ranger, here twice now. Both times everyone has been amazing from check in to techs to veterinarians. Everyone is willing to take the time and listen, even when I can ramble a bit because you never know what is or is not important and you love your animal so much. Prices have been explained and options have been given before anything happens. I feel like they have worked out the balance between care and cost, at least the 2 times I have come in. When we need a quick check for something these folks have been amazingly convenient to get in with and I have always left feeling reassured that they care about Ranger and me.
Our experience here was nothing short of incredible. The staff are genuinely kind and caring. James helped us when we initially arrived and throughout our visit and he was fantastic. They took such amazing care of our dog and it was the easiest vet visit we’ve ever had. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!
We recently received incredible and thoughtful care for our now passed kitty Joi, from Dr. Bageant and her team at Boise Animal Health. They were able to get us in last minute after her health rapidly declined- and they carefully gave me and my cat her prognosis and care plan. She got blood work done, and fluids to make her more comfortable for her last few hours with us. We went home with her and spend time with her before she passed. The clinic sent us a hand signed care after her passing, which was truly touching and so thoughtful- thank you very much for all that you do.
I have come here in the past with my other dog and it was an amazing experience. Today I came here with my English bulldog/boxer I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the treatment was from the second I walked into the door to leaving with my dog. They took such great care of him and were very well communicated with me. We are so thankful for this business and the doctors and every person that works there they truly care about your dog and treat them like family. Thank you guys again for the amazing care that you gave to me and my dog we will never go any place else but you guys!!!
These people truly care about their patients and it shows! Dr. Marshall and McCoy the technician were very caring and understanding. My dog has a history of trauma and McCoy was very gentle and loving with him. I couldn't have asked for better medical treatment! I can't recommend this establishment enough! We've been to a lot of veterinarians in the past few years, and these folks are truly wonderful! I only wish they will someday expand and be able to offer scheduled appointments.
