I bought my computer from here about four months ago and it's been the best purchase I've made. I'm so incredibly happy with the computer I was sold and it functions absolutely great, it's easier to clean, it runs smoothly, and it offers me great gaming and editing service. I have never had an issue with it, and my GPU and CPU are amazing. The worker there was James and he was incredibly kind and sweet to me, and just a fantastic guy overall who was able to make this work for me and adapt to how I wanted my computer. He was very helpful and worked with me. I really recommend buying from here, computers and devices are great and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I got excellent service from Dustyn Stevens. I also was able to purchase the best computer I've ever owned. It's fast with a great cooling system. I love it! Easy terms for layaway also. He listened to my needs for processing speed when doing massive photo editing, and directed me a great product at a really good price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing shop, great service, hidden gems! I stopped by Boise Computer Depot looking for possible upgrades for my Coffee Lake build, and the guy I talked to went above and beyond. Even though he mainly deals in newer 12th-gen hardware, he remembered a GTX 1660 Ti he’d pulled from a system and had stashed in the back. It wasn’t even for sale officially — but he offered it to me because I asked about older GPUs. He wrapped it up, gave me a great price, and it works perfectly. Exactly as described. It’s rare to find shops that are this honest, knowledgeable, and helpful without trying to upsell everything. This guy knows what he's doing and treats customers right. I’ve used Boise computer depot a few times now for my computer needs and they always make sure to put me first without hassling me into buying more. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they’re locally owned too and I prefer to support small businesses. The quality of their computers is top notch and I haven’t had any issues with ours at all. Definitely check them out!

I wanted the hardware from an old gaming computer installed in a new case, and with a fresh install of Windows. James went above and beyond, tested and checked everything. He made smart choices to minimize cost. His price was fair and he is very knowledgeable. He is now my official computer tech as I just don't have time to do a lot of this kind of work myself now days!
