Steve has removed multiple computer viruses quickly and completely over the past 10 years and even examined one of my modems a couple years ago to identify that it was actually NOT at fault for my poor internet connection at the time. Steve has an exceptionally good small business. Yesterday I took him my laptop which had a crashed hard drive. Later in the day he called me with a diagnosis and repair options. The first thing this morning he called to say it was already fully repaired! The total cost was about half what I anticipated, and I am writing this review on my better-than-before laptop. I can see why he has earned a 4.9 rating on Google. Call me a solid 5! Dave
