I highly recommend Boise Computer Repair. Steve has removed multiple computer viruses quickly and completely over the past 10 years and even examined one of my modems a couple years ago to identify that it was actually NOT at fault for my poor internet connection at the time. He does very good work at fair prices that he explains well to me, and is consistently kind and personable.
Steve was a life saver! I was unsure what to do about my broken laptop, and he corresponded with me over email, answering all of my questions and giving me an honest quote. I dropped my laptop off to him and he was finished with it the same day! And the cost ended up being even less than I expected. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend :)
We can't recommend Boise Computer Repair enough! We originally reached out to them because they make house calls. We explained the issues and questions we had and the owner, Steve, knew he could help. He came over the following evening. He has been in the industry for decades and easily diagnosed the problems and told us what was needed. We so appreciate Steve and Boise Computer, a good, honest, local business with such great customer service.
Steve has an exceptionally good small business. Yesterday I took him my laptop which had a crashed hard drive. Later in the day he called me with a diagnosis and repair options. The first thing this morning he called to say it was already fully repaired! The total cost was about half what I anticipated, and I am writing this review on my better-than-before laptop. I can see why he has earned a 4.9 rating on Google. Call me a solid 5! Dave
