Dave had great prices on the machines he had available. Purchased an HP Tower to replace an older ASUS machine that was about 12-14 years old and originally came with Windows 7. Got the tower home, hooked it up, set up the printer, transferred files from the old machine and was good to go in about 3 hours. Only had one minor difficulty that Dave and I worked out over the phone and fixed after I received an emailed file to complete the process. Would highly recommend Hardcore Computers to anyone looking for a new computer; very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back when I need another new computer.

So I am incredibly horrible at all things tech! I got horribly hacked on my pc when, I called my bank to alert them to put my accounts on high security alert, the bank guy recommended I take my computer to David so he could run diagnostics to see what damage had been done. I took it up to Hardcore computers that very day and David was amazing! He was able to spend time figuring out what the damage was and got me out of the weeds. David was so patient, kind and respectful because I felt so stupid for falling for the scam that led to the hack. I told him he will now officially be my go-to tech guy from that day forward. If you need computer help David is the guy you want!!

David is quite a guy and actually knows what he’s talking about. He worked with me on an oldish HP omen 30L. I tried to upgrade the ram of myself and totally screwed it up, David helped me and showed me how to rewrite and uninstall/install programs and BIOS. He was kind and friendly the whole time, I was there for over an hour, and he worked with me on the payment. Will recommend to all friends and family! Great place great company!

David was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Was feeling down having to get a whole new rig. The guys here have fair pricing and very very professional. 10/10 would recommend. (Pic attached is the tower I purchased from them.)

Edit: David got a hold of me almost instantly when my review went up and he walked me through the process of implementing the hard drive into Windows. I'd give 6 stars if I could! I purchased a high end gaming desktop and am very happy with my purchase. The build quality is top notch, cable management is neat and aesthetically pleasing, and the owner was very patient as I explained my work situation (I travel a lot for my job and wanted to be sure my investment would hold up on the road). The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I appear to have been sold a 1TB SSD along with a 500GB SSD, however when I open the File Explorer only the 1TB drive is visible. I'll be calling the owner today and upon a successful resolution I'll happily change to 5 stars.
