They were able to get my dog in for a 6-night stay during Christmas with only a 2-week notice! Definitely impressed by their flexibility and communication. The price was very reasonable with no holiday upcharge. Many different add-ons that you can choose for your pup (I did a bully stick a day, extra play time, and extra cuddle time). I was able to provide extra bedding, a couple of toys, and a blanket, but they had everything the dog needed if you don't want to bring any of that. You can very easily book how you want online through their portal. They usually share two sets of photos with you per day (one in AM and one in PM). They even did a Holiday photo shoot for Christmas! The place is stinky, but that comes with the territory. I think they are aware of this, so after 5 nights, they give your dog a complimentary bath. Kennels themselves are clean. They use Paw Partners app/website, so if your dog has a profile there, they can add the photos and experiences so you can keep track. I could tell this place loves animals and will definitely look to use them in the future.

We have been using Boise Kennels for years, starting with our Lilly around ten years ago. They took such good care of her, especially in her old age. Now we bring Rocky to stay with them and he loves it. They are so sweet with him and I love the pictures they send. I have complete trust in knowing that Rocky is happy and well-cared for at Boise Kennels.

Boise Kennels has consistently provided us and our pet with quality care and love. They share fantastic photos daily, and went above and beyond to make sure our dog received her dinner on her first night after we remembered we had not fed her. Very loving staff.

My dog Rosie can sometimes have a hard time being away from me when I travel. Boise Kennels is a great place for her because she gets the love and attention she needs. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is amazing! Such an amazing place to take your pet!

Update to my previous review! Even happier with Boise Kennels after boarding Bodhi for a few days! Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff is exceptional. They were friendly and informative which helps when trusting a new facility. Love the extras that can be added each day—snuffle mat, extra playtime and even a bath. The app and photos are fabulous! I will definitely return anytime I am in Boise.
