BSU bowling customer service the worst in town. I believe they are having student work their on min wages or free and they treat like you bowling for free. Every time we have been there, they tell us the lanes are reserved and we never see anyone actually show up to use it. They are either discriminating or they don’t want to work. It is not even worth the drive.

Came here for a birthday. Enjoyed bowling and pool.. My 11year old boy from Utah was totally surprised when we showed up, had no clue where we were going. He was totally geeked out. He loves BSU

The felt on every pool table is scratched. The cues are rough or sticky. There is no chalk for the tables. The tables are too close to each other and you will have to wait for the drunk group next to you to finish falling over before you can play. The staff is too busy playing on their phones to notice when someone throws a bowling ball down the lane overhand. Obviously this place needs an actual adult to take care of it.

No waiting for a lane! Lots of fun for students and their families. Scoreboard gives you direction to knock down the pins. Love this place!

This is a clean, good bowling alley. The prices are good as well. However, the staff disappears at random times and we couldn't play Foosball because someone lost the ball.
