I can’t say enough good things about Bold City AC. Dereck has been absolutely outstanding both times I’ve needed service, once during an emergency back in July and again today for my winter maintenance. He is extremely professional, efficient, and takes the time to clearly explain what he’s doing and what he’s completed, which I truly appreciate. The level of care and expertise gives so much peace of mind, especially during an emergency situation. This company came highly recommended to me the first time, and now I confidently highly recommend Bold City AC to anyone needing reliable, honest, and top-notch service.

Bold City Heating and Air is the best vendor I have ever worked with! Everyone is professional and highly trained. The installation team was fantastic. They had the new system installed and online in just a few hours. The system works great and was competitively priced. We recently had our ducts replaced and I can't thank the team enough (RT, Jacob and Ryan) for all of their help and expertise. We knew it would be a big job as our ducts were incredibly old (likely from the 1960s) and it was early August, when most AC companies would not schedule this type of work. But the team worked hard for 2 days straight and were incredibly thorough, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I could immediately tell the difference - in the best way - with our air once the job was done. In addition to offering competitive pricing, the fact that Bold City was able to do this kind of job off season will definitely make me a return customer. Thanks, guys!
