Dereck has been absolutely outstanding both times I’ve needed service, once during an emergency back in July and again today for my winter maintenance. We recently had our ducts replaced and I can't thank the team enough (RT, Jacob and Ryan) for all of their help and expertise. We knew it would be a big job as our ducts were incredibly old (likely from the 1960s) and it was early August, when most AC companies would not schedule this type of work. But the team worked hard for 2 days straight and were incredibly thorough, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I could immediately tell the difference - in the best way - with our air once the job was done.
