You couldn’t ask for a better experience! The idea of getting my roof replaced was completely foreign and overwhelming, but Chase and the guys at Baldwin made the whole process easy. They were there every step of the way, reminding me of what to do next and helping me with the insurance claims process. They completed the roof replacement in a single day and the work was flawless. I highly recommend them!

Baldwin Roofing was a pleasure to work with and far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them 100%. Their team from start to finish was great. John helped me through the insurance approval and all the paperwork. He was very patient and explained everything. When my roof was installed Adam stepped in and was very helpful and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He returned my calls within 5 minutes and had solutions to everything that we encountered during the install. Adam is amazing! Hats off to him and Baldwin Roofing. Thank you.

We contacted Baldwin Roofing to inspect our roof after multiple neighbors gave them rave reviews, and they exceeded expectations. The owner (Chase) was extremely responsive and made multiple trips to our house to help us through all stages of the process. Communication was great and he made sure we were fully satisfied with everything that was done from start to finish. His employees were professional, and the workmanship appears to be top notch. I am very glad we chose Baldwin Roofing, you truly won't find a better roofing company.

We recently had our roof replaced by Baldwin roofing company to which we were perfectly satisfied. Chase was very knowledgeable friendly and polite, he explained everything that they would be doing and assured us they would take care of us which they did, we were given a date that they would begin and a time when they would finish. The workers came on given time and started their job. Our roofing job is completed and we are very pleased and highly satisfied with the job, we definitely would highly recommend Baldwin Roofing Company to anyone in need. Everyone in our neighborhood in the shores in St.Augustine, has commented on the roofing job and how nice it looks! Again we are very satisfied and pleased.

Travis was a pleasure to work with; honest, patient, and efficient. With his help we went from to claim to completion in just a month. The new roof looks so good that our neighbor thanks us every day for improving her view!
