My wedding was exactly what I envisioned and went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Heather was the perfect day of coordinator and I would choose here again for any other event. She is communicative, thoughtful, and on top of things. She has great relationships with tons of local vendors which really helped the whole things work together seamlessly. Heather was also available earlier than many day-of coordinators and the extra support we got from her made the small extra expense extremely worth it. I highly recommend her!
Heather was an incredible coordinator for our wedding at the Rickhouse this September. Her knowledge of the venue, vendors and all the little details that needed to be covered was essential to making the day happen, pretty much seamlessly. Heather is very knowledgeable and well connected with local vendors. I'm not sure there was a question I had that she didn't have the answer to or an issue that came up that she didn't quickly figure out. Overall, we had an amazing celebration with friends and family while she took care of all the details...would definitely recommend!
Heather is brilliant to work with. She understood what vibe we’re looking for, our company culture and style. She helped us to select the venue for company holiday party, secure fitting vendors that made our vision a reality and coordinated all details. Bona Fide Events and Heather Thomas was an absolutely crucial part of our wedding day. Heather made the day run smoothly, managing our busy and unique schedule of events from the outdoor garden ceremony to the butterfly house sanctuary to the live music patio cocktail hour to the dinner and dancing reception in the aerospace center of our unique museum venue. Heather was so organized and communicative, making sure everything was taken care of. As an anxious bride, she was so wonderful and reassuring.
