Our pet sitters from bone-a-Fide were reliable and highly knowledgeable about our cats’ needs. After every visit they provided us with details about the visit including photos of the cats who clearly enjoyed their new “friends.” We have full confidence that our cats were well and lovingly cared for.

BoneAFide pet service was incredible! Hillary and Cayla were the best! Their daily reports were thorough and comforting. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my dogs before. We used to take our guys to a kennel when we would go out of town but this trip we decided to try something new. One of our dogs is very old and struggles to get in the car. It is stressful and uncomfortable for him. Our care team came and met our dogs let them get familiar with them and by the end of our trip I truly believe they were bonded to each other. Our dogs usually have a few days of readjustment after being at the kennel but our dogs were as happy as if we had never left. They didn’t skip a beat. Communication with our care team was frequent and complete. We knew every detail of our dogs day and this made it easier for us to enjoy our time away. Hillary and Cayla went above and beyond. They cleaned up after our dogs accidents and left everything in perfect order. We have t traveled much lately because we did t want to over stress our older dog but we were so happy with this experience that we are already planning our next trip. Thank you Hillary and Cayla. You are amazing care givers. We appreciate you both so much!

We had an amazing experience with Bonafide Petcare! All three pet sitters were absolutely fantastic. Our dogs loved all the attention, cuddles, and their daily walks. The communication throughout was excellent. We always knew how our pups were doing and got regular updates that gave us real peace of mind while we were away. We came home to two very happy dogs in great spirits, clearly well cared for and loved. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to look after them.

We really feel confident with our pet care team. They take great care of our kitty, and even do a few chores like wheel out the garbage cans! They are trustworthy and very professional. Highly recommend! (Oh! And they take amazing daily photos that show how much kitty enjoys their visit ❤️)

Had a fabulous experience with Bone-A-Fide Pet Care. Our previous pet sitter was closing their business a few weeks before our travel dates and we were scrambling to find a high-quality option. We contacted their team and within days they got us all set up and came out to meet us and our pets. Rochelle took care of our cats this past week and she is amazing. The level of detail she provided and care for our cats is unmatched. We will definitely be using them in the future and cannot recommend them enough.
