Working with Bonnie on this transaction was a great experience. As the buyer’s agent, I really appreciated how attentive, responsive, and communicative she was from start to finish. She stayed on top of every detail, kept all parties informed, and helped ensure the transaction remained smooth and on track all the way through closing. Her professionalism and follow-through made a big difference, and I’d gladly work with her again on future deals.

Working with Bonnie was a breeze, as a fellow agent her communication and relentlessness to get the transaction to the closing table was unmatched. She negotiated a great deal for her client selling their home, and my client couldn’t be happier with their purchase. If you are looking to buy or sell just know you’re in great hands with Bonnie!

Bonnie is truly a gem to work with. She doesn't miss a beat, always available and ready to answer any and all questions. She goes above and beyond for her clients. This was my second time working with her and definitely won't be my last.

I can't say enough great things about Bonnie, she is the absolute best real estate agent in the area. As first time home buyers, you know the process of finding your first ideal home is extremely daunting. However Bonnie made us feel at ease with every step of the process. She confidently provided us with her professional opinions and thoughts and made sure to answer every question I had. From the very first day I reached out to Bonnie, she quickly set up us up with a great mortgage company and started our home search right away. Listening and curating to what we wanted in our home, she helped us find our perfect home within days and we were able to close on the house within WEEKS. She even called me one evening when I felt anxious about everything just to check in on me and reassure me that we were making a good decision. It has only been a few days since we received the keys to the house, but I am still in awe of how smooth the entire process went. And this is all thanks to Bonnie. If you happen to find Bonnie Harrington through a referral or online, just know you'll be in the BEST hands.
