This is the worst place in Belfast I have visited. The offerings are uninspiring and lack any redeeming qualities. The prices are not justified by the experience. Customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. The food served is of poor quality and unappetizing. Overall, everything about this place is disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Click and collect, seemed to been messed up I ordered for 8:40 and at 9:15 still waiting. Boojum got in contact with me apologized and have me a refund,in my opinion that's a brilliant outcome and wouldn't hesitate to it use again or recommend. Any place or person can have an off day it's how you'll deal with it is how it should be judged
