Josef at the Leeds store was a pleasure to buy from, had a nice test of the kit I was gonna buy and got some valued input to help with my choices as indecision hits everyone in this kind of store so some very good customer service.

The guys in here were great, popped in with hubby and the kids, my son is autistic and Joseph was absolutely brilliant with him, took his time to explain and demonstrate, let hubby have a go on the equipment. He is a DJ and music producer himself so he knew his stuff and it was really beneficial hearing his experience and opinion when trying to decide which speakers to invest in 🥰

Brilliant Service from Jacob! A great guy who guided me through headphone choices first of all and then helped me package together a great A9 & 3000x package. Very supportive, very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop is great too with outstanding gear and support. The best and only place to buy DJ gear.

New speaker day!!!!! What a great buying experience thanks to Archie!. Customer service was simply excellent I ended up buying more kit than I intended, knowledge of products was great thanks to the whole team that got my equipment in store for me and arranged for me to have a test first. 👍
