Worked with Daniel for many years for both as a principal and for my work as a real estate broker-agent. Nothing but the best representation possible. You want Bornstein Law on your side.

Worked with Daniel Bornstein and staff on an eviction/unlawful detainer action and they were excellent. It was a very chaotic, stressful and confusing time and they were able to cut through all the noise and methodically work the case until tenant left and we were able to secure our property back. It took 5 months, but most of that time was due to court calendar and securing eviction appointment with Sheriff's Office. Lessons learned? Vet your tenant applicants' rental history more diligently; make sure you carry business and rental insurance to cover legal and loss income and hire an attorney that specializes in evictions specifically in the City that your income property resides. In our case, Bornstein Law was recommended and we were very glad we had them.

Daniel is fantastic. He is helpful, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me on several tenant disputes and will be the first person I call in the future if I face another difficulty as a landlord

There are plenty of lawyers out there, but not all of them truly care about their clients. Daniel is efficient, straightforward, and far too busy to waste anyone’s time dragging out a case just to increase billing. Instead, he works to resolve matters quickly, effectively, and with the client’s best interest at heart. Don’t be fooled by the big names of larger firms. In my experience, they often put their own pocketbook before your needs. If you want someone who will truly look out for you, Daniel is the person to go to.

The team at Bornstein has been super helpful. They have been a consistent source of reliable, helpful and constructive advice to me and my family for the last 7 years. We have had multiple tenants enter and leave our rental property and the process has been smooth and and straightforward for both parties given the initial guidance provided by the Bornstein team when constructing our lease agreements and thinking through how to manage risks and respectful treatment of tenants. We remain very appreciative.
