Had a need for emergency air duct cleaning on a Sunday. Was told they would come between 1:00-3:00. They didn't show. After trying to contact the technician, received a text about 3:30 saying maybe they could squeeze me in. After waiting for hours, I texted back, let me know if you are coming or not and the max I'll pay is $600. Never heard anything more. If they were put off, at least they should have told me they weren't coming.

I think most of us dislike waiting for service providers. The communication is excellent a frequent so that I know exactly when to expect the technician! He was pleasant, efficient, and polite. It helped that we remembered each other from a previous cleaning. I highly recommend this company!

Very highly recommend Boston Air Duct Cleaning! They serviced our dryer vent, pinpointing critical venting issues and making necessary repairs, and they cleaned our heating ductwork, which was in dire need of a thorough cleaning and inspection. Excellent work! I’m very impressed with their personalized care, expert cleaning and maintenance. Sean and his lead technician, Karon, provided highly skilled, effective and professional service. I very highly recommend Boston Air Duct Cleaning!
