Had a need for emergency air duct cleaning on a Sunday. Was told they would come between 1:00-3:00. They didn't show. After trying to contact the technician, received a text about 3:30 saying maybe they could squeeze me in. After waiting for hours, I texted back, let me know if you are coming or not and the max I'll pay is $600. Never heard anything more. If they were put off, at least they should have told me they weren't coming.

I think most of us dislike waiting for service providers. The communication is excellent a frequent so that I know exactly when to expect the technician! He was pleasant, efficient, and polite. It helped that we remembered each other from a previous cleaning. I highly recommend this company!
