Plumbing Solutions is the best in the business. If you need a Plumber there is only one company you should call; PLUMBING SOLUTIONS. We have been in this house since 1961 and Plumbing solutions has done a fabulous job with keeping everything working perfectly. We recently had No heat in the real cold temperatures, called Plumbing Solution and they responded right away. We needed a new furnace as the one we had in the house was 25 years old would have cost too much to repair and not worth repairing at 25 years, we decided to buy a new one. Plumber Solutions not only responding in one day to diagnose what was wrong, came out the next day to install new furnace and they made sure we had heat overnight with bypassing the thermostat so the furnace would continue working overnight. Just simply wonderful. The guys are real nice and do outstanding work. We had a new furnace in one day! My 92 year old mother appreciates you and thanks you, we as a family appreciate you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving your customers top notch service.
Jake and Miguel did a very professional job installing our new power-vented Rheem water heater with a 10-year warranty. They arrived and finished on-time with the water hearer working smoothly, and explained everything in the process. Communication with the staff at Plumbing Solutions was great from initial discussions and quote from Matt (at a very reasonable price), scheduling/coordination with Chris, and texting from the crew. We are a satisfied long-term customer.
My hot water heater was on the way out and so Chris came out to my house the next day and gave me a fair quote to do a warranty swap. Jake and Roberto completed the work, and were awesome! Great experience overall with Plumbing Solutions. Will work with them again and recommend to others in the area!
Plumbing solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable when I needed a pipe manifest replaced for my heating system. From the get-go I could tell the difference because other companies I contacted were not knowledgeable on the parts and fittings used in my older homes pipes, but Matt and his team were experienced and knew what they were dealing with. Enrique and his team were kind and courteous in my home while working, and I still see him around the neighborhood! My one minor gripe is that scheduling and rescheduling could be difficult at times, but that just means you have to call into the office to follow-up, but Chris who helped on that end was also incredibly considerate and helpful. Overall, very satisfied with the work and the team!
