We have been bringing our cat here for as long as we've had her, which is almost 7 years! The staff is always friendly and we trust Boston Animal Hospital to provide quality care for our girl. The one shortcoming however is the inconsistency in staff. I can absolutely appreciate that people come and go, but the past few years, our cat has seen a different doctor for each visit. While her history is in her chart, I wish we could be seen by the same doctor every time so we could build and maintain a relationship with the person providing her care. The doctors are all attentive and caring and I never worry about getting a "bad" doctor; I just wish we would be seen each time by someone familiar with her and her history.
