Have brought my vehicles on three different occasions and all three times have been awesome! The customer service from start to finish. I appreciate the constant communications and updates of my vehicle (s). Their customer service staff is great and friendly. I dealt with Darryl all three times and he was awesome! I had a great experience at Boston Body Works getting my bumper fixed and replaced. The team was incredibly friendly and super communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. The work was done efficiently, the car looks great, and they even cleaned the interior before returning it to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

I cannot say enough great things about Boston Body Works and about Darrell and the very professional and helpful woman at the front desk (sorry I can't remember your name)! My nephew's car got hit while parked and my sister's insurance company recommended Boston Body Works. From our initial contact to the day that we picked up the car after the work was completed, the service was outstanding! Darrell handled our claim and kept us updated about the progress of the work every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right and that we were satisfied. We were very satisfied! Darrell is the consummate professional, he is highly responsive, and courteous and his customer service skills leave nothing to be desired. To the owner of this establishment I say, you have a great team, treat them well! I highly recommend Boston Body Works!

This place is great! The guys helping me out were super easy and straightforward they fixed my car in a very timely manner! When I picked up my car it was super easy and they gave it back to me like if it was BRAND NEW! Highly recommend 10/10.
