Jimmy and his crew went above and beyond - truly extraordinary service. They called us back promptly during a time when we needed urgent help, which immediately put us at ease. We had a recurring issue with the 19-inch wheels on our Toyota Prius, and they were able to resolve the problem by replacing them with 17-inch wheels. Julio, the arriving technician, was exceptionally professional, competent, and efficient, working quickly to replace each tire and wheel. We highly recommend My Tire Guys without hesitation and plan on using their services again going forward.

All around great experience. My Tire Guys responded immediately to our request for help, naming an appointment time and date just a day away. On the date, I was asked if they could come earlier in the day, to which I agreed happily. Jake (the business owner needed on the road because of heavy volume) came right on time. As arranged, he made the repair in our underground garage He removed the slashed tire and quickly installed the new Michelin tire, appropriate for our car's existing tires. It was such an easy experience. The fee was appropriate. We can readily recommend My Tire Guys.
