We installed a new heat pump for upstairs. Tom and Paulo Were excellent technicians. They communicated very well, the installation was beautiful. They even put the insulation on the pipe and new vent so that the noise will be minimized. The new system was very quiet. We also installed the new air purifier which circle is the air of our entire house. This is the best solution for our kids who have dust allergies. We are extremely happy with Boston budget plumbing!!!
I've always had great experiences with this company. Charlie and Devin came to fix my heater. It's super old and confusing but they got it up and running in one trip! I've also had their company replace my toilet and pipes in my shower. They are always timely and professional.
They replaced our heating system and water tank. Juan, Paulo, Nick and Tom were all great. They worked efficiently and picked everything up when they were done. They returned our calls when we first called them and answered all our questions. Their price was reasonable and cheaper than other companies we had looked into. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I called different companies for information and to setup an appointment to have my combi heating system tuned up. Boston Budget Plumbing was the most reasonable in price so I scheduled with them. I spoke with Alexandria who was very helpful and informative over the phone. She answered my questions via phone/text and if she did not have an answer at the time she would get back to me. This is what I call great customer service. As for the technician Nikoli Zygo, who came to tune up my systems. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very thorough. He answered my questions and was very detailed when explaining. His customer service was great as well. I will definitely recommend this company to family members and friends. Tamara D.
I own a triple decker. I was dealing with a plumbing nightmare several leaks and holes throughout my main draining cast iron old plumbing system. Called several companies one didn’t show up, another refused to do the work due to it being too time consuming. I called Boston Budget Plumbing. Schedule an appointment with them swiftly. The technicians Tim and Jewels showed up on time they were very polite well mannered, super knowledgeable. I was giving a quote that I accepted they came back the following week. All the technicians were very professional and very friendly. It was a huge crew of six. They replaced all the old plumbing and even replaced the water lines to an updated system. They all kept me informed along the way. Every single one of them was talented with their profession. I was introduced to everyone prior to them showing up I received text messages showing their abilities and what they looked like also which was refreshing so that I already knew their names before they even stepped foot on my property. I would like to thank them all for great professionalism. Tim and Tom the lead technician, Jewels, Bill, Huan, Hai, Chris. They all did an excellent job very prompt work. Only took them 3days which was amazing. They clean up all the materials that was removed placed it on a drop cloth on my driveway and hall it all off right away into a dump truck. I allowed them to have lunch in my yard and they left the place like they weren’t even their cleaned up everything right after. I am so satisfied with the work. Such a huge stress reliever the process went very smooth. I recommend this company and their super professional workers to all who is in need of great service from a great company.
