I love Boston Yoga Union, both the Back Bay and Coolidge Corner studios. Every instructor is excellent, the environment warm and welcoming. There is a great variety of classes to suit all skill levels, and they are offered at all times of day. The studios feel like home to me.

What a wonderful place to practice, Yoga! I have been a member of the Boston Yoga community for 15 years, and one of the things that makes this studio special is the tangible feeling of community as soon as you walk in to the space. Teachers connecting with students, students skill sharing and demoing poses in the lobby, a group surrounding the ever-present jigsaw puzzle on the coffee table: these little interactions and details make this place feel like home. Additionally, I always leave a class feeling like I have been called to the “curiosity” of the practice. It is obvious that these teachers are continuing to be students themselves, and are on their mats learning new ways to offer and share yoga. Thank you for creating a space where your students can continue to remember who they are through the gift of Yoga!
