Our favorite place on Oahu! They have a great beer and wine selection, and they do smaller pours of wine so you can try a variety. The food is always great as well!

I don’t write reviews often, but I feel compelled to share this because I’ve come to Bottleheads many times and truly love their wine. Every glass I’ve had here has been excellent, and the grilled cheese is consistently great. That’s why this is so disappointing to say. The service has become a persistent issue. On multiple occasions, my friends and I have waited an unusually long time for our orders—even when the space was nearly empty. Most recently, we waited about 45 minutes for three glasses of wine and two grilled cheeses while every bit of the staff’s attention went to a nearby table of much younger guests. This isn’t the first time an order has been forgotten, and it’s hard not to notice that service quality seems to shift depending on who you’re with or how you’re perceived. I care about supporting small businesses, and I want this place to succeed. But consistent inattentiveness and selective hospitality overshadow what could otherwise be one of Kailua’s best spots. I hope the service improves, because the product deserves better.

We were very disappointed with the service. They could have sold us way more wine but failed to come check on us. Unfortunately, we won't b back

Never a bad experience. Ask for Nate if you're looking for a wine for your specific palate.
