I love estate sales and try to hit some up every weekend. I went to one today at a huge beautiful home. Unfortunately Boulevard Treasures was running it. The prices were so ridiculous high, I googled a few and it looked like they were using eBay list prices as their prices. Also some old dude was looking in the kitchen cabinets and this lady yelled at him and told him to stop rummaging through the cabinets all the stuff was on the counter. But a simple sign on the cabinet door would have been way nicer and prevented the need to be rude. There are many excellent Estate sale companies in the area, New Day, C.R.E.S, Randy’s, 757, ESV and others, I would avoid Boulevard Treasure sales.

I come here often, Mindy and Marianne always give great customer service! They know their stuff and are very fair with pricing. There are so many unique things here and beautiful jewelry. Definitely check them out!

I’ve been to countless sales, and I was very surprised at the pricing at this sale. Items were priced over retail. There was an OPEN, USED container of pepper for $6. You can buy the same container new at Wal Mart for less than $6. I noticed this same pricing strategy on other items throughout the house from furniture to clothing to decor. The internet makes it easy to shop online due to convenience and competitive pricing.
