We would like to share our feedback after celebrating and hosting our son’s birthday party at Salford Bounce Central. We truly had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the event. A special mention to Phillis, the party host — she was absolutely fantastic. She hosted the party with a constant smile, great energy, and made sure everything ran smoothly, ensuring the children and guests had the best possible experience. We would also like to thank Salmon, the manager, who was extremely kind and helpful right from the time of booking. His advice during the booking process was very thoughtful , from ensuring our Bluetooth connected properly to the speakers, to assisting us with helium balloons. His support made a big difference on the day. Compared to our previous birthday party experiences at other venues, this one was truly appreciable and stood out in terms of organisation, support, and overall experience. Thank you once again for making our son’s birthday so special. We would happily recommend Salford Bounce Central to others.

Fantastic place - my 2 year old had a brilliant time at the toddler session - so much for her to explore. I didn’t realise that there was food included too - incredible value! Aaron sorted out food for us and was so friendly! All the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back!

I'd just like to thank you all for making our day, and our first visit, such a pleasant and welcoming experience. Super kind and professional. I didn't get everyone's name but the names of the staff I did get and were super kind, warm and friendly were: Alexa Jake Arleanne Tyler A massive special mention to Aaron the chef as well. Really nice pizza, super friendly service with a smile and went the extra mile to make sure our son has a wonderful time. 11 out of 10 experience. 5***** time.

We had an absolutely brilliant time! Not only is it a fantastic trampoline centre, but the food is great too. Real bonus when you’re spending a few hours keeping the little ones entertained! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special shout out to Aaron-Sol and Arieanne, who were both outstanding. Their friendly, positive energy made myself and my son feel completely at home. It’s rare to come across staff who go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, but they genuinely did, and it made such a difference to our visit. We left feeling happy, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, and it was such a wonderful experience. The team was so friendly and helpful throughout the event. They thought of every detail, even providing a cart for our items and helping with setup and decorations. A huge shoutout to Lacey, our lovely party host, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you all for making our little girl’s day so special!
