STAY AWAY! I called Bounce House Rentals AZ for 3 days without an answer and no voicemail setup. I finally was able to speak with John on 6/19/25. He was extremely rude and made it clear that he was busy and I was disturbing him calling for rental information. I intended to rent an inflatable water slide for 18 days, but very disappointed, even appalled at his behavior. UPDATE: I'm disappointed in the response from the owner 4 months later on 11/12/25. In fact, the response made me chuckle a bit as it was a very creative interpretation of our call. In June I contacted several companies for quotes given the expense for 18 days of rentals and had great conversation with all others. I did end up renting an inflatable slide every Saturday and Sunday from the 4th of July through Labor Day. Given the rude response from the owner, I am certain an advised consumer will be able to make an educated decision on who to rent from their special occasion.

Look no further! Bounce House Rentals A-Z has everything! Way more than what is on their website. John and the crew are very friendly and great at their job. We did a huge event in Hopi on the Indian Reservation last June. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us bring an amazing Family Fun Day to the Villages. We are working with them again for this years event. Thank you John.

We first booked with this company back in Jan, but had to cancel last minute due to weather. They were so easy to work with regarding our no questions asked refund, that I had to use them again for our party today. Communication was clear, price was super reasonable, the slide we rented was in great condition, and delivery was timely. Most importantly, everyone had a good time!

I have been using this company for years - every birthday party or special event, I rent one of the big slides and other things that we need to throw a great party and every time the experience has been amazing. From start to finish the customer service is amazing and everything is excited without any issues. The equipment is always in great condition and everything is delivered and set up on time, if not earlier than expected. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. The prices and slides are better than the competitor’s as well.

One of the greatest company I have ever deal with. From my phone call to the pick up , Angelica was very helpful answering all my questions , I can be a lot some times with all the details but I can say one thing this company did it all. The party was a success and definitely calling them again.
