The delivery was quick and easy just a couple hours before my daughter’s party. They explained everything and showed me how to use the generator for the bounce house and even left an extra extension cord for my husband to watch the football game on the TV he walked over to the park. The kids loved the mini castle and slide bounce house. The communication was great in addition, I am not sure who came to drop off but he was very friendly and spoke to me and my husband prior to leaving. Very personable business. We will be hiring them again for our next party in January. HIGHLY recommend them!

Moore Bounce Houses was very competitive with their prices as other companies, easily booked online and excellent with their communication. I was contacted the day before to be given a time for drop off and pick up. William was very professional, provided excellent communication on when he was in route to our house, and set things up very quickly. The bounce was a total hit and will be using Moore Bounces Houses for my next party!

We rented a trolls themed bounce house for a birthday party. I was unable to book on-line, so I called and it was easy to book over the phone. We arranged for the trolls banner on the primary color bounce house. Customer service and communication were great leading up to the party, day of delivery, and day of pick up. Events unfolded along the discussed timeline which was appreciated. The bounce house was in good shape and clean. The kids loved it. Overall, I was impressed with this company and will use them again in the future.

Moore bounce house was great!! Good communication! Flexible and understanding! Made my daughter’s 5th birthday fantastic! Would definitely recommend! Thank you! (FYI, we added the Hello Kitty banner and removed before they picked up, but I think they have banners you can rent also!)

Rented the mini princess bounce house with water slide & snow cone machine this weekend for a 4th birthday party. Everything was great. Delivery was on time, pickup was great. He was very friendly, & helped me roll our water hose up. We appreciate the great service! Thank you! Will definitely rent from them again & recommend to friends / family.
