Bounce is such a great & well-managed party venue, they know what they’re doing & everyone leaves happy. Leila was a lovely host - she kept it fun, gently guided kids to make sure play was safe & fun for everyone. Thank you Bounce, we all enjoyed today so much ☺️

This place forces customers to buy their grip socks and does not allow you to use your own, even if they meet the same safety standard. Don’t tell me only your socks meet the standard — you know very well this is just about money. Their socks are overpriced, and it clearly feels like a way to make extra money from customers. After paying an already expensive entrance fee, they still won’t let you use the facilities unless you buy their socks. On top of that, the staff were very rude and actually kicked our child out, which made them very upset. My child came here excited to have fun, but ended up almost in tears. Terrible service and a very disappointing experience. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to others.

Bounce Homebush is my new favourite place ! The staff are so friendly and helpful. There’s often staff down on the trampolines jumping with the kids, running games like dodgeball, and keeping them entertained. They’re very patient with kids, including special / behavioural needs. Which is FANTASTIC for all you tired mums and dads, carers etc. who need a break! Grab something from their extensive menu, or even just a coffee, and you get a chance to actually sit and enjoy it. The kids are soo busy playing, they don’t even remember you’re there! The facilities are also well maintained. Tidy tables and sitting areas, and clean bathrooms. 5 stars across the board.
