I recently rented a bounce house for our event, and it was a huge hit! The setup was quick, the unit was clean, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The kids had an amazing time. The bounce house felt sturdy and safe, and the staff made sure everything was secure before leaving. Would definitely recommend.
Grace made my last minute request for party tables for little people very pleasant. I was able to be accommodated for my party needs at an affordable price and again, working with her was very pleasant. Communication was quick and I am sure to use them again for future party needs.
Not going to lie, I was a little nervous renting from bounce universe, just because I never had before but, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Stephanie was prompt to respond to us and they let us have the bounce house for an extra 18 hours before and after our rental time slot. The kids had a blast. My kids are young and loved it. Even the older kids had a great time. If we rent another bounce house in the future I’ll definitely use bounce universe again. (the little pool and shark are ours).
5-Star Review for Bounce Universe I rented the 60 ft Tropical Obstacle Course Water Slide from Bounce Universe for my son’s 11th birthday, and it was a HUGE hit! The kids absolutely loved it—it kept them entertained for hours. The drop-off and pick-up service was seamless: the team was efficient, on time, and super kind. When my brand-new extension cord didn’t work, they had one ready on the truck and gave it to me at no charge. We even had to move the slide twice to make it work, and they handled it all with a great attitude. Highly recommend Bounce Universe—they made the party a blast!
