Was let down by Bristol bouncy castle hire right at the very last minute and bouncing brothers saved the day. Castle delivered within 2 hours of me calling and collected the next day. Really helpful and friendly company, will definitely use again. Kids loved the castle

I hired your bouncy castle for my grandaughters 5th birthday. The castle was dirty dusty and mouldy. We had to open all windows and doors as the smell was really bad and guests were covering there faces. We had to apologise to parents and the children were shouting it stinks in there. We rang immediately and were told the driver would return he didn't. I am surprised that you hired out equipment to young children which was unsafe due to its mould. We won't be using bouncing brothers again.

Absolutely fantastic service, Thoroughly recommend. Hired a Bouncy Castle and Slide, Olaf Outfit & Speaker. The kids were totally entertained on the castle for hours, Olaf is brilliant and lots of fun & the speaker is brilliant quality.
