The stitch mascot was fantastic. Not the usual process but I booked extremely last minute for my little girls birthday and K&K's bouncy castles went out of their way to accommodate me and for that I truly am grateful. The booking was an easy process, communication with this company was great, and you can tell they really do care about their customers. Stitch arrived on time and was great with the children, dancing to music and having lots of photos. I highly recommend this company for children's entertainment. Their customer service is fantastic. You will not be disappointed 🙂. Thanks again K&K bouncy castles, keep up the good work 🫡

Karen provided a slushie machine for our wedding in May 2024, Oldwalls Gower. From first email she was so responsive to all our questions and couldn't have been nicer. On the day she stayed over time because of the heat making our slushies so popular, they looked and tasted GREAT on the day. We were glad Karen and her daughter were able to enjoy our event, we had so many guests give us positive feedback too! We were so happy we chose K&K's as one of our wedding vendors and couldn't recommend them enough!

I had a company cancel on me at the last minute, and had it not been for K&K's Bouncy Castles, I'd have been left with 20+ bored and upset children. I can't thank you enough for saving the day. I got chatting with the owner when she came to collect, and she is lovely, as is her youngest daughter. Was a pleasure to meet you both. Also noticed that they do hot dog stands, slushy machines etc. Would be ideal for parties. Will have to try out at our next party. 5* review.

I hired the slush machine and popcorn machine for my daughters 18th birthday, the owner was lovely with great communication beforehand and set everything up and showed us how to work things. The machines were a huge hit with the party guests, especially the slush machine. Will definitely use this company again very soon for more birthdays!

Karen was professional from start to finish! My little boy LOVED the whole transporter set and so did all of his little pals. It was perfect and really made the party come together! I was so relieved when I found her online! She’s passionate, was early to get everything set up perfectly and cleared away effortlessly! Can’t recommend her and her product enough!! Very happy xx
