Bound By Design

We got our 3-year-old's ears pierced spur of the moment at the mall which was a big mistake. I took one of the earrings out and left the one that I thought was more decently placed because they were so uneven. I did a lot of research and found bound by design. They gave me good advice over the phone on how to get the hole to close and heal and when to come in to have it repierced. Tiffany was beyond amazing. She went over all the anatomy of the ear and how she measures to make sure things are precise and even. In hindsight we should have just taken both of the earrings out and let her do both. But in even more hindsight I wish we had done more research and gone to her to begin with. She made our 3-year-olds experience so seamless asking her questions like what her favorite color is during the piercing. My 3-year-old did not even know that it happened. I already recommended her to a co-worker who wants to get their baby's ears pierced. Definitely go to Tiffany!

I have been here a few times over the years and each time is amazing. I've had my septum pierced and other piercings that I wish not to disclose here. From Candice*, Blake*, the kind front staff to the service and quality of care is amazing! I had messed up my septum piercing by panicking and they fixed it and treated me like it was A-Okay. *Hopefully spelling is correct. Definitely the place to go and 100 steps up from 90's piercings. 😂

Maya is an AMAZING piercer and I highly recommend her! She makes you feel comfortable and listened to and she is so good at what she does! She did my daith last year and it healed really well and I just got snake bites done tonight and she made sure they were symmetric and that there was enough space for the swelling. 100% recommend especially if your body sometimes struggles to heal piercings! 💜

Alisa Kendall did all of my tattoo work. She is great! I'm sad that she left the shop. The Colfax construction project has had a terrible effect on the businesses and street I love

My piercer, Patrick, is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. His care for all aspects of piercing are about as good as it gets. Answered all of my questions, and described angle of entry, technique, and how angle would matter. Above all his concern for minimizing my pain was truly excellent. The overall atmosphere and front counter staff are fantastic! Apple was very helpful explaining jewelry. I will absolutely be returning, and recommending Bound By Design for all of my and my friends' piercings.
