I went to this place for the first time today. I brought 3 dogs (2 separate trips). Mercedes and Sadie were incredibly accommodating, sweet to my dogs, helpful, and understanding. I cut my finger open getting one of my dogs out of the car and they got me bandaids and even helped me put them on! They checked on me several times while I was using their self service bathtub. They even squeezed in one of my dogs last minute for a nail trim. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place for all of your dog grooming needs!
I am always nervous about trying out a new grooming salon for my dogs because I don’t know the groomers. Both of my dogs were very well cared for. They were bathed, had haircuts and treats and looked adorable when I picked them up. They were not nicked or cut, no trauma suffered by any of us. Will definitely return and recommend this business.
My 50# goldendoodle has not had positive experiences at the groomers which has unfortunately resulted in a matted mess. Sadie was so helpful and gentle with Lillie and myself as she explained the need to shave her. She promised she would never let this happen under her care. There was no nipping or stressful behaviors reported with Sadie which was the constant report at previous groomers. I trust her with the next steps to help my pup have a beautiful coat once again.
Jose understood exactly what my Lhasa Apso needed and trimmed his hair according to the way has breed should look. The salon was clean and personnel was friendly and helpful, we will definitely return to Bowie Barker!
So grateful to have a Bowie Barker near me. I’ve been here twice & have given my pup a self serve bath. It is sooooooo nice for my pup & me. They have everything you need (I bring my pups special shampoo) & what is wonderful is you can control the power of the dryer & water. The pressure and temperature control is amazing & you have a lead & platform if needed. I will begin my subscription soon because it truly pays for itself. My pup also loves her turkey jerky😁 I’m excited to schedule with the groomers as well. This location & team are awesome. Can’t recommend enough
