I visited Bowl 360 in Ozone Park on MLK Day and, while I expected it to be busy, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived around 12:30 PM, there was no crowd control at the front desk, and people were skipping the line. Prior to arriving, I had called to confirm they were open and was told that pricing was $10 per person as long as you checked in before 1:00 PM. When I reached the front desk, I was told no lanes were available and was asked to put my name and party size on a waitlist. I was told the wait would be 20–45 minutes. After about 10 minutes, I checked back and was told I would be called in about five minutes. I received the call roughly 10 minutes later saying the lane was ready, but when I returned to the front desk, there was still no crowd control and I waited another 10 minutes in line. By the time I was helped, it was after 1:00 PM and I was told the price was now $125 for our party. When I questioned this, the staff member said there was nothing she could do because the system automatically changes pricing after 1:00 PM, despite previously assuring me that signing in before 1:00 PM would lock in the early bird pricing. After speaking with a manager, they honored the originally quoted price, which I appreciated—but it should not have required escalation. Unfortunately, the issues continued. Service at the lanes was extremely slow. I ordered a drink and had to ask about it four separate times before receiving it, and by the time it arrived, we were almost finished bowling. The final and most concerning issue occurred when one of the drinks spilled on the floor. I went upstairs to ask for a mop, and the employee directed me to an open door to retrieve one myself. When I slightly opened the door, I saw a mouse run across the doorway. I immediately closed the door and informed the employee. The presence of rodents in a facility that serves food is unacceptable and alarming. I am honestly surprised the health department has not addressed this. Between the lack of organization, misleading pricing, poor service, and serious sanitation concerns, this was a horrible experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location
There's service sucks! They skinny girl in the have a attitude! Cus we ask her to put both lanes together with our kids! Service open the beer bottles and bring it come! We ordered a next bucket of beer they shake up beer and bring come and it slips all over my clothes and other ppl as well! Bathroom never no soap and there's kids there!40min waited for her to fix the soap! 13yrs I been coming there now! Locked of management! I told her lemme speak to manger nothing really happened! The owner needs to looking this! I was there yesterday at 1 to 3pm! Drinks sucks for $18 no alcohol inside
Very nice bowling alley. Clean, good food, good customer service. My son and his friends had a blast for his birthday party. They did a great setup for us.
My daughter recently had a 13th birthday at this location. Everything was perfect including the staff. The staff who took care of our family was named Jasmine and she was such a great hostess. She took good care of us all for my daughter party. We also made sure to leaver her a nice tip. Thank you Jasmine for making my and family all feel special for her birthday party. 🥳
Horrible experience. Unprofessional management and poorly managed policies. *beware* there’s no official refund policy. Below is the email I sent to management because the manager on 09/20/25 at night time into the next day was a Caucasian woman that was unforgiving and had zero discernment with customer service. “I’m requesting a refund because it was a terrible night. The food took over 40 minutes to come. The tables were dirty and unkempt. The food, when it arrived was cold and was probably sitting on top of the serving counter for a long time before it arrived. Additionally we were charged 78 dollars for only 2 games. That’s not what was advertised initially. Mind you when we came to the tables it was a mess and it took staff over 20 minutes (almost the length of our two games) to clean it. In the interest of fairness I would like a refund for the food and horrible service. Attached are photos and this is a review going in google. Do better. “ I will never return here.
