I’ve been coming here on and off for 20 years, and every time I come back for regular classes, I become the fittest and strongest version of myself.

I've been going to boxing for fitness for over a year now and I couldn't reccommend it more. I tried the 'solo gym' thing in the past but didn't have the motivation to keep it up. Boxing for fitness is a little community and I love going to classes to catch up with everyone as well as work out. It's substantially improved my fitness too, really providing a full body workout. Once you start you'll be hooked 🥊

Great culture and training environment. Classes are hard work but enjoyable. Robbie has great dad jokes. Highly recommended.

Really good "circuit" type workout - guaranteed to make you sweat. Trainers are not in your face, & there's usually some good old fashioned pranks or jokes played to take your mind off the pain!!! The music's awesome, with a good mix of old and new, and I'm guessing it's the only gym around that you can train to tunes from Springsteen, Thorogood and Johnny Cash all on the same day!! It's not a pretty gym, it's rustic and you don't need to dress up, but you're going there to look good and feel great later, right?

Hi, I found the exercise routine at boxing for fitness really good, very challenging workout which really adds to your core fitness and strength skills. The routine although much the same each time you go it does vary a little as well, giving you different strength exercises which is great. I find it very rewarding and helps add heaps to your core strengths. The instructors are all good at their job although they lack a little in interpersonal skills, I wouldn't say they are the smartest dudes, and if your a little thin skinned or cheeky you might find yourself singled out for some special attention, then they can be very insulting to the point of vindictiveness and good old school yard bullying. Sort of says where their mentality is at. So if you can handle that or stay out of their spotlight you will enjoy going to this place very much.
