I had a great customer service experience at BoxLunch. The employee, Lynda, not only informed me about the promotions, but also went above and beyond to make my visit special. When she noticed it was my birthday through the BoxLunch rewards program, she kindly gave me one of her pins as a birthday gift. She was friendly, thoughtful, and provided excellent customer service.
