This is my favorite gym of all time. It’s close to home and amenities, has everything you need, is small and has that at home feel. The regulars and gym culture is awesome. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, enjoy getting to know the members…it helps that they are all dashingly good looking! (That’s right, talking about Jay, Paul and Caleb). Who doesn’t like a little eye candy to enjoy while you lift heavy things? 😏

When I started at BR Fitness I was obese! With the help of Paul and Jay the trainers I have dropped to a 10.5 Body Fat Percentage and I’m still dropping! The team at BR Fitness makes all the members feel like family and are always there to help push you to the next level! The InBody BMI machine they have was CRUCIAL for tracking my progress! Happy to have this team behind me pushing my success!!!! 🙏🙏🙏

I came in to get a lift in while in town for a work trip and it was awesome! The staff was super welcoming and friendly despite me being a new face. There was all the equipment I needed for a quick upper body workout. I was very impressed by the quality of the dumbbells and cable stacks. Everything felt smooth and new/well taken care of. Highly recommend making this your regular home gym if you live in the area
