Since I started meditating my life has changed a lot! I am so grateful for this place, and specially for sister Mary. If you want to have a mindful life or you suffer from anxiety and stresses, you should learn raja yoga meditation. Thanks a lot everyone!

The host was unbelievably hospitable. We arrived unannounced a few minutes prior to her needing to take a conference call, and she allowed us to stay unattended and meditate and share the space. Instantly felt very at home and welcome. The area has a beautiful front entrance with books for sale and a few seats that opens into a classroom area. There's also an isolated meditation room off to the side. Very relaxing and good for meditating and finding mindfulness. Afterward, we spent close to an hour just conversing and relaxing. Again, felt very welcome and at home. Def recommend stopping by no matter your religious or spiritual beliefs.

I took a meditation class here. It was a wonderful experience that helps me breath through stressful situations every day. It inspired me to try yoga which has become a big part of my life. Definitely recommend to anyone curious in meditation. Much better than any app.

One of the best places, resources for meditation and guidance on all things Spiritual. This is a subtle gem available to all Chicagoans and denizens of the metro area. Sister Mary is one of the most wonderful and peaceful human beings and a teacher you will ever meet. She radiates instant tranquility through her sheer presence. I highly recommend a drop in meditation or a class here.
