We came in just to look! We met Danielle and she was so helpful and professional. She listened carefully to our needs and with her help we ended up purchasing a leather recliner sofa that is so beautiful Thanks Danielle for all your help. My wife and I are pleased with the store service and can't wait until the delivery tomorrow. We have purchased here before and will come back again soon.

If you’re looking for reasonably priced furniture and friendly, helpful staff, Georgia Furniture Mart is an excellent option. Everyone, from our sales rep Fred, down to the logistics and delivery crew were polite, transparent, and communicative throughout the process. I’m especially impressed with the efficiency of the delivery team. The confirmation call indicated a window of several hours and the driver also called when they were 15 minutes out. I wasn’t left waiting around all day hoping they’d turn up soon, I knew an approximate time and it went off with absolutely zero hitches. I don’t often write reviews, but they definitely earned their stars on this one. (Even the dog approved!)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Quality at Georgia Furniture Mart in Norcross! I had a great experience shopping at Georgia Furniture Mart. From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and friendly. My salesman, Brandon, was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. The furniture quality is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service you receive. If you’re shopping for furniture in Georgia, I highly recommend Georgia Furniture Mart in Norcross and especially Brandon. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave completely satisfied!

This place is totally different from another places I visite before. The way everything is setup helps you choose a style. Styles you can recreate at home. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the product. No one is pushing you to buy anything you don't want to get, instead they try to help you by giving you more options to compare. Amd most of the furniture comes in different dimensions that will fit your place. The amount of furniture here is incredible. If you looking into buying furniture this place should be on your list to visit.

What a nightmare! We initially went in and spoke with a sales person and there was no problem picking out furniture. We were told that some of the items were in stock and some of them would be in stock in a few weeks, which turned into a couple months. We went back and spoke to a different sales person and added more items to the order now totaling over $8000. When it came to be delivered the second salesman initially sold a different bed that didn’t go with the bed set that we had ordered so it had to be sent back, causing us to wait a few more weeks for the correct bed to come in and an extra $250. The initial bed that we had bought was delayed even longer than we were originally told, and when I called on the date it was supposed to be in, our original sales person was off for two days, and nobody else knew where the order was or if it was in or when it was coming in. When a sales person called us, she had told us that different parts were in and other parts were not, but they were different parts than what we were initially told. When it finally came in and it came to be delivered, it was damaged so they had to take it back and bring another one the next day. That one also had some staining on it, which the delivery drivers (who were great) tried to clean, but it’s not perfectly clean. Another issue is we bought an adjustable base with massage built-in, etc. for the new bed, even though we already had an adjustable base, we were told that it wouldn’t fit so we had to buy a new one to fit the particular bed that we purchased, but now that it’s been delivered, the bed we purchased does not accommodate or fit any adjustable bed frame. There are rails on the side of the bed that prevents the adjustable bed frame from fitting, if you use the slats for this bed and set the adjustable frame on top of it, which is how the delivery people set it up, the mattress is halfway up the headboard, and once your pillows are on, they are above the headboard. The sales people here will say anything to get you to buy stuff so they can make a commission and probably know very little about the items they’re selling. I personally will never buy another thing from this furniture store again, and if you insist on shopping here I would advise you not to deal with more than one sales person because information clearly is not shared between anybody beside your sales person and whoever they speak with to find out if your items are in stock or not. Attached our pictures of how the bed is supposed to look, how the bed currently looks, and the damage to the pieces that came in and had to be sent back.
