I have gotten a wax from Hema at Brazilian beauty twice now, and she is amazing! It was my first time waxing, and she explained the process very well, and has a lot of experience. Was very nervous, but she was wonderful. Would deffo recommend!

Used to be fabulous. Sadly not anymore. Won’t be returning. Was always happy with Nikki but incredibly disappointed in Hema. When asked if I wanted her new assistant to do some of the waxing I said no and that I was not comfortable with more than one person in the room and I had booked Hema (as Nikki was no longer listed for particular waxes, in fact Hema was the only option for this wax). Mid wax she came in and Hema asked again if the new assistant could stay. I reiterated my no. Furthermore, the quality of the wax was not as good as prior. Discretion is important.
