This place is a Scam. !!! Do not go there. No value for money $85 acrylic full set with promise they will last. 3 week. Had my nails done today the nail artist was so kind caring. Gave me her attention the whole time. It went from bad to worse. It was a great experience yet I was told 3 weeks retention and they are already lifting and one snapped off from no pressure I only bumped it on something and if snapped off. I only worked one day. They told me I would be charged if it’s snapped to fix it even if it wasn’t my fault. I am very careful and did nothing for two days before work on Sunday and they are already breaking and wearing. When you spend $85 on your nails you expect quality. The people were nice enough but she had trouble shaping my nails and now one nail is shorter than the rest. I wanted to find a nail salon I could be a loyal client of if they were worth it and actually lasted longer than 3 days. It hasn’t even been a week and I haven’t even broken it doing anything heavy I was literally just bumped it. Now I can’t even fix them cause tomorrow is a public holiday and tben I have work the next two days. Not impressed any more It’s literally 3 days since they were fresh. It’s very hard for me to find anywhere that lasts me long enough to get me through at least a fortnight Update this nail salon is a scam. Each nail that has fallen off is $15 to repair the full set cost $85 with a promise they would last 4 weeks without falling off. I am not made of money. This salon doesn’t deserve any stars. It’s now been less than two weeks and there are only 4 nails left on out of ten fingers, The remaining are all coming off. So I can’t Even get a refill. I’m going to have to start all over again. Just so you got this $15 to fix their nails that didn’t even last a week then not even two weeks that’s $120?!?!? To fix the 8 nails that haven’t stayed! This is a scam! Poor quality for $85. I feel like I paid to have a conversation. Didn’t even do a good job on the nails. Stuck them on crookered. Shaped them wrong. Waited till we were finished that to tell me that they only fix if the paint chips off. Terms and conditions of services by law need to be made aware of before starting a service. Scam! I was looking for a place I could keep coming back to. This place is scam and will only rip you off an arm and a leg. Not happy. Now I have one hand with nails and one hand with hardly any nails it’s so embarrassing. I get paid fortnightly which doesn’t help my situation.

Today I decided to get my nails done on a whim without making an appointment in advance, which caught the staff a bit off guard. However, they were very nice and patient, and the result absolutely amazed me. The shape and color turned out perfect — I’m beyond satisfied. A full 10/10!

This is the most disappointing service I've ever received. The lady informed me that the gel manicure I wanted would be make her to close late, when in fact my gel manicure was not difficult at all(easy if compared with another shop do it for me). In the end, all I got was a basic color and stickers with no technique or expertise on my nails. She filed my nails so hard that my fingers skin bled. But still asked me ? Happy? If I was unhappy? I just nodded because I couldn't bear to curse. I was ready to pay for something good, but this is what I got for $140. This is so bad. No sense in beauty. Not recommended for everyone who needs the beauty nails.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The nail polish was applied in a very thick layer, leaving an awful, uneven texture. The result looked messy and unprofessional. I complained, and another technician tried to fix it, but it didn’t help much. Even after the correction, my nails looked like they had a week’s worth of growth, even though I had them done today! Extremely disappointed and definitely not coming back. Same to troll away $150 and lost 2:30h of your time!!!!!
