I was coming in for a full body spray tanning service. I struggled with parking and locating the site due to ongoing constructions however I made it on time. When I got in, the staff was talking to the other customers for about 5 minutes(booking with their appointment and exchanging compliments), so I patiently waited. When I was attended, the staff said that my appointment is cancelled due to being late and my deposit has been forfeited. I was very disappointed. Hope they can train their staff to improve their service and how to prioritise.

Staff are always on time and give excellent service. I like the easy on line booking and clean salon.
