We ordered chicken and waffle which was too delicious, freshly prepared. Paneer anda avocado toast was a decent option for vegetarian. Homestyle potatoes were good too. Not to be missed was Vietanamese coffee.

Exceptional food in a casual, welcoming space. Counter serve/pour your own drinks/bus your own table, but with friendly and attentive staff to guide you. My food came out fast, but couldn't have been further from fast food. Cheesy potato rounds were exactly that, perfectly fried. Smoked pork corn cake was delicious and a lot of fun; so many nods/combos on the plate, pork+egg+pancake=breakfast, pork+pickled onion=NC BBQ, cornmeal+pork=southern, pork+onion+corn=street taco, savory pork+ sweet pancake=chicken+waffles' second cousin. Pricing is super fair for the quality, and portions aren't lacking either. Looking forward to my next visit.

The empanadas were delicious! That's all I comment on right now, but it was tasty. It's good they have some vegan options as well for people and the staff was friendly and the environment was inviting.

A self serve restaurant, but didnt realize how self serve it was. Watched many patrons clean tables themselves before sitting, and the coffee was luke warm at best (at 9 am) it was a bit chilly and rainy the day of my visit so it wasn't very busy at that time, so I'm going to consider the coffee had been sitting since opening. The woman at the counter did let us know where to find menus and to seat ourselves then come order, but when she said it was self serve I wasnt aware HOW far that statement went, but you're pretty much doing it all yourself except the cooking, right down to cleaning your own table, even before sitting down. I can see why other reviews say they felt treated differently because of certain reasons, but I honestly think its the staff have zero customer service skills. I watched a woman ask if they had ketchup and the man running just pointed and grunted towards a shelf. It wasnt a very good dining experience for us.

The menu is bold and fun—I ordered the tacos & cheese grits I added as an extra side. The vibe of the place is casual but energetic, and the staff was friendly without feeling rushed. Prices felt fair for the quality and creativity of the food. If you're looking for something different from the usual eggs-and-bacon routine, Breakfast AF delivers something bold & a little cheeky. Just do yourself a favor and don’t skip the taco & cheese grits.
